All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. By making a reservation, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Pay all charges incurred during your stay
• Comply with hotel policies and local laws
• Respect other guests and hotel property

3. Payment Terms

Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, or at the property. We accept:

• Visa, MasterCard, American Express
• Online payment at booking (Pay Now option)
• Payment upon arrival (Pay at Property option)

Full payment is required at check-in for "Pay at Property" reservations. Credit card information may be required to guarantee your reservation.

4. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-In: 3:00 PM
Check-Out: 12:00 PM (Noon)

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us in advance to arrange.

5. Cancellation Policy

6. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to:

• Treat hotel property and staff with respect
• Keep noise levels considerate of other guests
• Not smoke in non-smoking areas
• Report any damages immediately

7. Liability

Ethereal Haven is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property. Guests are advised to use in-room safes for valuables. The hotel's liability is limited to direct damages caused by proven negligence.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, war, strikes, or government actions.
